Return and Refund Policy

Physical Products Policy - Effective Date: January 2025

Refund Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.

1. Product Delivery

All our products are physical items shipped via courier. You should receive your order within the specified delivery timeframe.

2. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The product does not match the description or images
  • Wrong product or color was delivered
  • Product is missing parts or accessories
  • You did not receive your order after the expected delivery time

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

If you received a damaged/wrong product or want to return:

  1. Take photos/videos of the product and packaging
  2. Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or Email
  3. Include your order number and photos/videos
  4. We will review and respond within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
  6. Once received and inspected, you will receive a replacement or refund

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If we sent wrong/damaged product, we cover all shipping costs
  • Customer Request: For change of mind returns, customer pays return shipping

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, we will arrange bank transfer or bKash refund
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product or color delivered
  • Size exchanges (if available)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
