OvinnoBD Partner Agreement

Welcome to the OvinnoBD Partner Program. By registering as a partner, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The OvinnoBD Partner Program is a product-driven referral and sales partner system. It is NOT an investment or MLM scheme.

2. Commission Structure

• Level 1 (Direct Sales): 8-10% commission on your personal sales
• Level 2 (Team Sales): 3% commission on direct downline sales (Team Leader only)
• Level 3 (Team Sales): 2% commission on 2nd level downline sales (Team Leader only)

3. Important Rules

• Registration is FREE. No joining fee is required.
• Commission is paid ONLY on completed/delivered orders.
• Cancelled or returned orders do not earn commission.
• No fixed income or investment returns are promised.

4. Team Leader Qualification

To unlock Level 2 and Level 3 commissions, you must:

• Achieve monthly personal sales of at least BDT 10,000
• Have at least 2 active direct partners

5. Payout Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Payout cycle: Monthly
• KYC verification required

6. Prohibited Activities

• Making false income claims
• Spamming or misleading promotion
• Fraudulent orders or fake referrals
